Shipping / Delivery
How do I track my order?
For orders within the USA, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number shortly after placing your order. This number can be used to check the status of your shipment through our carrier’s website. Orders from outside the USA may vary depending on the delivery method you’ve selected. If your order includes a shipping confirmation it will be sent to you shortly after the order has been placed. (All orders with tracking numbers can also be accessed under “My Account” on our website.)
How is my shipping cost calculated?
Shipping rates within the USA are determined by the weight of your order. To find out the shipping cost for an order, simply proceed to checkout with desired items in your cart. On the order preview page, you will be able to view your estimated shipping cost and order total before placing a purchase. Shipping rates outside the USA are based on the delivery’s destination in addition to the weight of the order. (Please note: We do not make any money from the shipping charges on your order and cannot wave shipping costs)
When will I receive a shipping confirmation?
Piping Rock is proud to offer same-day shipping on most orders placed before 12 noon (EST). Shipping confirmation is sent via email once your order has left our facility. You will usually receive shipping confirmation 24-48 hours after you have placed your order.
Where does Health’s Solution ship from?
All orders are fulfilled in the USA, in our New York facility.
How much do I need to spend to get free shipping?
U.S. customers ordering from the contiguous 48 states receive free shipping on any order $75 or over.
Returns
How do I return a product?
Products may be returned in accordance with our return policy. Once a return is approved, you can ship your items directly to our facility at the address below: Health’s Solution Health Products CS Return Dept. 2110 Smithtown Ave Ronkonkoma, NY 11779-7347
How can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order go to the “Order History” tab under “My Account” on your profile. An order must be canceled within 60 minutes of being placed before we begin the process of fulfilling it.
What is your return policy?
We stand behind the quality of our products and want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your order. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, our customer support team is glad to assist you and will provide a refund on eligible orders.
My Account
Where do I go to Sign In/Join or edit My account?
You’ll find the “Sign In/Join” link at the top right of every page on Health’s Solution. Here you can login to your existing account with your email and password or sign up to become a Health’s Solution member. Once you’re registered and logged-in, look for the “My Account” link at the top right of every page. “My Account” is where you can access all your information, adjust your preferences, review your order history, edit your account and more.
Where do I go to reset my password?
You can reset your password at anytime on our login page. Click the “Forgot Password” blue link and enter the email associated with your Health’s Solution account. We will send a link to this email shortly after with instructions to establishing a new password.
Why does it say 'Substitute' on my invoice?
We have what is known as "Virtual" Items. Virtual items are two/three packs. Virtual items will show on the invoice as a substitute.
Why don’t you have my credit card saved on file if it’s added when I place my order?
Your data security is of utmost importance to us. We do not keep any payment information on file to protect the privacy of our customers and their personal information.

Yes, Health’sSolution carries a wide selection of Non-GMO products. These products are carefully tested through our Non-GMO Assurance Process, meeting strict guidelines to verify they contain NO genetically modified material as indicated on the label.
